CANDIDATE SAFETY
Job Verification Standard
We aim to publish useful, accurate recruitment information and to correct or remove listings when credible concerns are identified. Verification has limits and is not a guarantee of selection or employment.
What we review
- Whether the listing contains a clear role or opportunity description and application route.
- Whether available source information identifies the hiring entity, programme operator or recruitment relationship.
- Whether eligibility, location, work arrangement, compensation description and key conditions are stated consistently with the information supplied for the opportunity.
- Whether a listing is reported as misleading, stale, impersonated or potentially fraudulent.
Evidence and verification status
Checks depend on the opportunity and the evidence available to us. We may review information supplied by a hiring contact or programme partner and publicly available information. We do not claim that every employer, recruiter, vacancy, document or claim has been independently audited unless a specific page explicitly says so and the supporting evidence exists.
A logo, email address, brand mention or listing on this website is not, by itself, proof of an official partnership. Claims such as “authorized hiring partner” should only be used when supported by valid authorization for the relevant scope and period.
What verification does not guarantee
- Selection, an interview, a job offer or successful onboarding.
- Guaranteed earnings, work availability, location allocation or continued vacancy status.
- The future conduct of an individual recruiter or third-party programme.
Compensation transparency
Read whether a figure is fixed salary, estimated earnings, per-task or per-delivery payment, incentive, commission or another structure. Potential earnings are not a guaranteed salary. Review conditions, eligibility and any stated deductions before applying, and ask for clarification when material terms are missing.
How to report a concern
If you believe a listing is inaccurate, closed, impersonated or linked to a suspicious payment request, use Report a Job or Recruiter. Include the public job URL and a concise description; remove passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs, CVV and unrelated sensitive data.
