This page explains who operates WhatsmoreJObs, our candidate fee policy, what job verification means and how to raise a concern.

1. Who operates WhatsmoreJObs?

WhatsmoreJObs is a recruitment and talent acquisition venture of Whatsmore Technologies. We publish recruitment opportunities and support candidate applications through structured workflows.

2. Candidate fee policy

Browsing job listings and applying through the WhatsmoreJObs platform is completely free. WhatsmoreJObs does not charge candidates any registration, job-access, application, recruitment or placement fee. If a specific client opportunity involves a separate payment payable directly to the named client or service provider, the exact amount, purpose, recipient and applicable terms must be clearly disclosed on that opportunity’s dedicated landing page before a candidate proceeds. Such payments are not collected by WhatsmoreJObs and must never be presented as fees charged by WhatsmoreJObs.

Never pay an individual who promises guaranteed selection, an interview, a job offer or recruitment approval. WhatsmoreJObs does not collect candidate fees for accessing or applying to jobs on this platform.

3. What job verification means

We review available opportunity information before publishing and may use information supplied by hiring or programme partners. The checks available can differ by listing. A listing on this website is not, by itself, a guarantee of selection, employment, earnings, onboarding approval or a continuing relationship with a named brand.

Read our Job Verification Standard to understand the checks and their limits. Any “authorized” or “official partner” claim should be read only where the specific opportunity states it and the relevant authorization can be substantiated.

4. Protect your information

• Never share OTPs, UPI PINs, CVV, card PINs or online-banking passwords with a recruiter.
• Provide only information reasonably needed for the application.
• Review our Privacy Policy to understand collection, use and sharing of application information.
• Ask us to clarify the hiring entity and data recipient before proceeding if either is unclear.

5. How to verify an opportunity

1. Start from the job URL published on jobs.whatsmore.in.
2. Review the role, hiring entity, location, eligibility, compensation structure, application steps and listing status.
3. Check the role WhatsmoreJObs states it is performing for that specific opportunity.
4. Report suspicious messages, payment requests or misleading claims using our Report a Job or Recruiter process.

6. Important distinction

WhatsmoreJObs is a recruitment platform and is not automatically the employer for every opportunity listed. Our exact role can vary by campaign and is determined by the information and arrangement applicable to that opportunity. Final hiring and onboarding decisions remain with the relevant hiring entity or programme operator.

7. Questions or concerns

For candidate support, privacy questions or a concern about a listing, use our Candidate Support or Contact page. Please do not include passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs or CVV in reports.
